Romford Essex Accountants Blog: All VAT-Registered Businesses Must File Their VAT Returns Online!

Following consultation, the draft clauses of the Finance Bill 2012 disclosed that from 1st April 2012, all businesses registered for VAT will have to file their VAT Returns online and also pay their VAT liabilities electronically.

At present, only businesses registered after 1st April 2010 or those businesses with a turnover of more than £100,000 had to file their Returns and pay their VAT liabilities online.
